  1. I'm not into bodybuilding, but I'm focused on exercising to better my appearance, and I gotta say, you being open about that is a true relief. I've struggled with an eating disorder in the past, and I know how unrealistic standards can cause damage.

  2. This is exactly why I'm glad you're open about it. A lot of young guys do have unrealistic expectations for their own bodies, and it's important for them to know that certain physiques are either unachievable or extremely difficult to achieve natty, and it's not something they're doing wrong or a problem with their bodies that's preventing them from getting there. I'm also absolutely disgusted to learn that people are promoting any kind of steroids to young people on TikTok, because young people are vulnerable to influence and gear can be so dangerous if it's done wrong, and even done right it can have side-effects that these influencers probably aren't telling them about. What a world.

  3. Hate to break it to you…… but I think we already knew, you’re built like a tank.😂

This is the first video I’ve seen, I like the transparency and what you support in the fitness community.

  4. I've realised that this guy is highly intelligent. Until now I've been following him of two reasons: the interesting accent and the surprisingly high rate of dislikes he gets. 😀
Now I understand the reason of that. Many people cannot stand intelligence.

  5. I love how he changes the color of the background room to fit the mood of what he is talking about. The room turns blue when he is talking about good influencers, but the room turns red when he is talking about evil influencers
